1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Sale, discounted, or custom-made items may not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process

Once your request is approved, you may ship the product back to us at the provided return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for size or product issues, subject to availability.

If the requested size/product is not available, a refund will be issued as per our policy.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures of the product.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping charges.
6. Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, final sale items, and personalized/custom orders cannot be returned or refunded.
